Prior to your appointment:

Please have the entire document filled out but leave the signature lines blank; we’re unable to notarize incomplete documents.
Payment is needed to schedule and secure the appointment. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please consult the attorney, company or person who is requiring notarization, if you have any questions regarding the documents content, or notary requirements.
Please allow a 15-minute grace period for inclement weather or traffic.
During your appointment:

Each signer and witnesses (if applicable) need to be present at the time of the appointment.
Each signer and witnesses (if applicable) need an unexpired state issued driver’s license or ID, unexpired passport, or military ID.
Each signer and witnesses (if applicable) need to be coherent and of sound mind to understand the transaction that is taking place.
Each signer and witnesses (if applicable) must sign at their own free will, without coercion.

Refund/Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

We understand unforeseen occurrences happen all the time, which may lead to cancellations or rescheduling; it is our goal to accommodate our customer’s needs as best as possible. Please read our policies below:
If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a full refund within 24-48 hours from cancellation to your original method of payment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, a refund will not be issued.
If the appointment is cancelled due solely to the unpreparedness of the customer such as all signers and witnesses not present, no valid identification, signer is incoherent, or late more than 15 minutes, no refund will be issued.
If you rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you’ll be able to reschedule the appointment one time only, but no refund will be issued.
