Apostille Services
What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is used to authenticate documents for use in international countries that participate in the Hague Convention, or certification for non-Hague participating countries; In addition, it certifies that documents have been signed and notarized by a Notary Public. An Apostille is issued by your local Secretary of State, and is used for any personal, professional, or business documents that will be used internationally.
An authentication certificate is attached to each apostille for countries that participate in the Hague convention; however, the process for countries that do not participate in the Hague convention isn’t as simple, and may require multiple certifications from state, federal, and embassy agencies…nonetheless, we can get it done for you!

Apostille Process

Place order by calling, emailing, or filling out the contact form; Please provide as many details as possible.
Arrange to deliver documents by mail, or pickup by courier (Additional charge applies, if pickup by a courier).
Take documents to GA Secretary of State for authentication and/or certification.
Once apostille is processed, we can either mail back to you, or send to the destination country. Prepaid postage needs to be included with documents, or it can be billed separately.
Processing times vary based on the Secretary of State’s processing time. If an apostille is needed immediately, we’ll check with the Secretary of State to see approximate processing time.
